Former Waste Science Inc. associates hold a number of certifications and professional licenses. We were incorporated in Delaware as an S-Corporation in 1993. WSI was a self-certified, woman-owned small business in every size or revenue category.

Our staff consisted of licensed professionals. We still are associated with professionals who hold a wide variety of licenses and certifications in addition to those listed below, and have enlisted their help in the past on-demand for specific projects.

Waste Science was certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the Maryland Department of Transportation, which means we were qualified to work as a MBE on any state and most county and local contracts. We were a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the Metropolitan Washington Area Transit Authority (WMATA).
